We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working, customer focused Kippie Kids Camp
Assistants to provide a safe, stimulating and educational environment with fun
activities for children. You will have responsibility for a group of 6 children
between the ages of 5 and 11 years old. You will be participating in sports,
games, arts and crafts and performance drama. Having experience of working with
children within these age ranges will be beneficial for the role.
& Personal Attributes:
Previous experience of working with children from ages 5 - 11 years
A coaching qualification or a Community Sports Leaders Award (desirable)
A valid First Aid at Work or Paediatric First Aid certificate
Basic Child Protection certificate
PVG Disclosure Check
Vibrant, fun, confident personality
Commitment to high quality customer service to parents and children
Team player with a willingness to adapt
Interviews will be held in May 2018.
These posts are regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the
Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate
will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check.
Where applicable, this post also requires an Overseas Criminal Record Check. A

We are currently looking for a friendly and approachable candidate to work within our Reception team.
You will be responsible for welcoming and greeting our members, answering member enquiries, taking phone calls,
booking members into our various sporting activities, signing in guests/visitors, running end of day banking and general administration tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will:
Have customer service experience (essential)
Have good working knowledge of MS word, excel and IT systems
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate experience of working with previous customers
Have excellent telephone manner
Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff at all levels
Be proactive with good time management and organizational skills, use own initiative
Be able to work well under pressure managing multiple workloads
Have a keen eye for detail and ability to produce high quality work in tight timescales with limited supervision
Have flexible approach to role - must be available to work different shifts as required by the business. Working
hours are 5 days out of 7, including weekend work: 6.00 am-2.00 pm; 9.00am-5.00 pm; 2.00 pm-10.00 pm.
