Aqua Aerobics - Based in the pool this class is suitable for all, even if you are carrying an injury or have not exercised for a while and would like to get back to fitness. You can work at your own level in both the shallow and deep end of the pool. This will work your whole body.

Beginners Pilates - Suitable for those who are new or fairly new to the principles of Pilates and wish to broaden their essential knowledge and strength.

Body Attack (45/60 mins)/Body Attack Express (30 mins) - High energy fitness class with moves that cater for complete beginners to our total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises like push ups and squats.

Body Balance - A dynamic fitness to music programme that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed. Combining Yoga, Tai-Chi and Pilates. With a structured series of stretches, moves and poses to create a holistic workout.

Body Combat Express – 30 minute workout which includes combat tracks (a mix of upper and lower body) and power tracks (boxing and fitness training).

Body Conditioning - Cardio step (not complicated) is fast and furious but lots of fun with all over toning. It will make you sweat!

Body Pump (45/60 mins)/Body Pump Express (30 mins) - This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, ogresses, lifts and curls. Great music and your choice of weight inspires you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Body Step - A simple, athletic and fun workout using height-adjustable platform to step up and down to uplifting music. This is a great class for toning the lower body, increasing cardio fitness and coordination and building overall strength.

Body Vive - A mix of lunges, squats, aerobic exercises and tubing exercises with great music leaving you fizzing with energy and feeling great.

Bootcamp - An outdoor based circuit class using a combination of exercises (resistance and bodyweight) that will help to improve overall strength, cardio, muscular endurance, flexibility, core strength and functional movement. Suitable for all fitness levels.

CXWORX - 30 minute personal training inspired core class that’s been formulated with a carefully structured, scientific approach and unforgiving intensity. It has been designed to tighten and tone the abs, glutes, back, obliques and ‘slings’ connecting the upper and lower body, improving functional strength and assist in injury prevention like nothing else.

Functional Pilates - The class works on your core muscles, re-training them to get better posture and control while doing every day activities.

Intermediate Pilates (Wednesday) - Suitable for those who have a solid understanding of the principle. Will increase strength, flexibility, mobility and body awareness. It will increase your core strength, create longer leaner muscles while improving circulation, sports performance and stability through a number of exercises.

Pilates (Friday) - Suitable for those who have a solid understanding of the principle. Mat-based class designed to establish core strength and stability, greater mind-body awareness, correct posture and to stretch and balance the body.

Intermediate Step - This is an intermediate dance based step class with high intensity music to get the heart rate up while toning the bum and thighs.

Kettlebells – A ballistic form of exercise that combines cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training while engaging multiple muscle groups at once.

Mens Yoga - For everyone from beginners to experienced students. Loose the blues by relaxing, strengthening and detoxifying with yoga, attain peace.

Metafit – A 30 minute high intensity interval training workout using just your body weight increasing cardio vascular fitness and strength. A great way to burn fat!

Nia - Combines simple moves from dance arts, martial arts and healing arts to bring mindfulness to your dance movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear and emotionally balanced. Nia is practiced barefoot, non-impact and adaptable to individual needs and abilities.

Pilates - Will increase strength, flexibility, mobility and body awareness. It will increase your core strength, create longer leaner muscles while improving circulation, sports performance and stability through a number of exercises. Suitable for everyone.

RPM (50 mins)/RPM Express (30 mins) - Indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over the equivilant of 20-25km of varied terrain. Controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed. Has been proven to burn up to 600 calories per class.

Step & Conditioning - Cardio step with easy to follow moves to make it fast and fun. With all over body toning to make you sweat.

Total Body Workout - Uses a combination of cardio work, weights for strength and conditioning finishing with abdominal and back exercise to complete the workout. Suitable for all.

Yoga (Hatha) - Hatha = Yoga of Physical Perfection. For everyone from beginners to experienced students. Loose the blues by relaxing, strengthening and detoxifying with Yoga, attain peace.

Yoga (Thursday PM) - Lyengar Yoga helps improve health, strength, flexibility and the ability to cope with stress. The classes will focus on alignment, using props to make poses more manageable.

Zumba - Features interval training sessions where and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat with a little bit of Latin flavour.
